GoldRock isn't a hedge fund, an algorithm, or a call center in another state. It's Tyler and Riley — two Colorado locals who got tired of watching homeowners get burned by shady buyers and decided to do it right.
We've been in Colorado real estate long enough to see every trick in the book. The inflated offers that get cut in half after the inspection. The self-written contracts with no closing dates. The "cash buyers" who don't actually have cash. The agents who collect their commission and disappear.
We were done watching it happen. So we built something different. GoldRock exists to give Colorado homeowners a real alternative — one built on transparent contracts, honest offers, and people who actually pick up the phone.
We're the cash buyer you actually want to recommend to your mom.
When you work with GoldRock, you're not dealing with a call center or a faceless corporation. You're talking directly to the people buying your home.
Tyler moved to Colorado from Richfield, Utah — a small town that taught him two things: your word is everything, and you either show up or you don't. He arrived in 2018 with a background in personal training and a reputation for being the person people call when things go sideways. That reputation followed him into real estate — and eventually became the foundation of GoldRock.
When Tyler was 19, his family lost their home to foreclosure. His mom filed for bankruptcy. His dad lost his business. He watched everything fall apart at once — and there was no one there to tell them there was another way out. He's never forgotten that. GoldRock exists because Tyler knows firsthand what it feels like to be in a distressed situation with no clear path forward — and he refused to let that be someone else's story if he could do something about it.
Facing foreclosure. Going through a divorce. Inherited a home you don't know what to do with. Whatever it is — Tyler has been in that room before, and he knows exactly what it feels like to have no clear way out.
Some people are good to have around when things are easy. Tyler is the one you want when they're not. When you're behind on payments, staring down a situation that feels impossible, or just need out fast with no idea where to start — he doesn't flinch. He listens. He figures out what you actually need. And then he gets to work.
That's what you feel the moment you talk to him. You're not getting a sales pitch. You're not getting someone checking boxes and rushing to close. When you sit down with Tyler, you get someone who actually gives a damn about what happens to you — not just the house. He stays calm when you can't, tells you the truth when it's hard to hear, and doesn't quit until you have a way forward. Every time.
Riley moved to Colorado from St. George, Utah, and grew up in a small town called Annabella. His background is in social media and military service — building a social media brokerage and facilitating large partnerships, while also serving as a full-time member of the Utah Army National Guard in recruiting and Military Funeral Honors.
He knows what it means to show up for people when it matters most. That's not something you learn in a training. It's something you earn — through real situations, with real stakes, and real people counting on you. That's the version of Riley that shows up to every deal.
In 2022, Riley lost both of his parents. It was a life-defining moment that forced him to navigate grief, responsibility, and uncertainty all at once. It's also why he understands, on a personal level, that not every situation is just a transaction. Some are complex. Some are emotional. And when you're in the middle of it, having the right person across the table isn't just helpful — it matters.
That experience changed the way he works. He doesn't just show up to run numbers. He shows up to actually understand your situation — what's driving the decision, what matters to you, and what a good outcome actually looks like for your life. Most people in this business skip that part. Riley doesn't.
Riley approaches every deal knowing he's on your side. He brings a steady, straightforward approach to situations that often feel overwhelming, taking the time to understand what matters most to you and helping you move forward.
These aren't marketing bullets. They're the actual principles we run every single deal by.
We use Colorado Real Estate Commission approved contracts on every deal. Not a self-written document. A real, state-approved contract you can hand to any attorney in Colorado.
We do our homework before we walk through your door. The number we offer on day one is the number we close on. No inflated offers designed to get you under contract.
Offer within 24-48 hours of the walkthrough. Close in as little as 7 to 14 days. We understand that when someone needs to sell, time is not a luxury they have.
We'll tell you exactly how we calculate our offer — including what we factor in on our side. If our offer doesn't work for you, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
We live here. We invest here. Our reputation is built one deal at a time in the communities we operate in. If something goes wrong, you know exactly where to find us.
Your earnest money goes straight to a licensed Colorado title company — never in our pocket. Clear release conditions, full transparency, no surprises at the closing table.
No contact form gatekeeping, no automated response sequence, no "someone will be in touch within 5–7 business days." Call Tyler or Riley directly. Or fill out the form and we'll call you.
Have a question? Want to learn more? Fill this out and we'll get back to you fast.
Every homeowner who works with GoldRock is dealing with something real — a financial crunch, a life change, a property that's become a burden. We don't take that lightly. Our job is to make one of the hardest things you'll deal with a little bit easier. That's what we show up to do every single day.
